A package was delivered with one or more items damaged, what do I do next?

First things first, you can recreate the order for us to fulfill so the customer can receive their item(s) without delay. After that, please email fulfillment-support@easypost.com with the order ID along with photos of the damage. We would like to investigate if this is a packaging issue on our behalf, so we can correct the behavior so it doesn't happen in the future.
