Generate Production labels

FedEx requires all of its customers to go through a certification process before creating production labels. This process can take a few days, so you may wish to get started.

Generating FedEx production labels with EasyPost is a simple two step process:

  1. Please contact your FedEx account manager (or call 877-339-2774) and request a member of the Web Integration Solutions Consultation (WISC) team to contact you. That person will be responsible for moving you through the certification process and should give you a "WIS Label Cover Sheet," which you will need to provide with the labels you generate in the second step.
  2. To complete certification, you will need generate, print, and scan a set of labels for FedEx. You can use EasyPost in "Test" mode to create these labels for certification. Once the labels have been approved by FedEx, your meter will be enabled in production and you can begin creating shippable labels.

Reach out to support@easypost.com if you have any questions about this process.
