I don’t see my product in the inventory after you’ve confirmed receipt?

First, did you create a BOL for this shipment? If not, then please do so and email it to fulfillment-support@easypost.com and indicate when the inventory was delivered to our warehouse in the body of the email.

After that - or if you’ve already sent us a BOL - please inform us on which specific items aren't showing up, as well as the original shipment count, so that our warehouse operations team can schedule a recount of your inventory.
