I'm having trouble connecting my bank to EasyPost.

First, if you don't see your bank on the list of available banks when connecting your bank account, click on the X button on the top right, and you'll be directed to a manual bank account addition screen.

Second, if your bank is not connecting correctly, double check your account and routing numbers to ensure that they're accurate. If this still doesn't work, contact us at support@easypost.com and we'll help you out.
