Why does DPD say my labels are 'printed' when I haven't printed them yet?

When you purchase postage with EasyPost we will automatically return the label to you on the Shipment Object. When you retrieve a postage label from the DPD API, it will be marked as printed on their side. If this is causing issues on your workflow, we suggest that you reach out to your DPD account representative to request support for returning a label without marking it as printed in their system.
