Why is EasyPost giving me higher FedEx rates than I negotiated?

First, check to see if the address you're sending the package to is a residential address. If it is, then the higher rate is due to the residential delivery surcharge that FedEx tacks onto packages.

If the residential delivery surcharge doesn't account for the higher rate, then save the Shipment ID associated with the rate and contact us directly about the problem.
