Setting Up Your TForce Logistics Account

Follow the instructions below to start shipping with TForce Logistics through EasyPost. If you have not created an EasyPost account, sign up now!

  • Register for a TForce Logistics shipper account:
    • Register for a TForce Logistics shipper account on their website, and TForce Logistics will contact you.
    • Let them know you will be using EasyPost's API to purchase labels.
    • Acquire rates and align any additional shipping needs such as pickup/drop offs.
  • Link your TForce Logistics shipper account to EasyPost:
    • Log in to your EasyPost account and navigate to the Carrier Accounts Page.
    • Add your TForce Logistics carrier account credentials to reflect the TForce service levels in our shipping API.
    • Begin purchasing labels through the EasyPost shipping API!

Receiving Accurate Rates

Rates are acquired during your account registration process with TForce Logistics. The EasyPost API does not support live ratings at this time, though it is a planned enhancement in the future.

Generating Shipping Labels

Generating shipping labels for TForce Logistics is the same as generating them for any other carrier with EasyPost. See our Getting Started Guide for help generating your first shipping label.

EasyPost offers native TForce Logistics labels in PNG and ZPL formats.

Manifests and Pickups

TForce Logistics can support pickups for any customer based on their agreement. Regular pickups can be arranged with the TForce Logistics team during the registration process; however, cannot be scheduled through the EasyPost API.

TForce Logistics has more than 75 strategically located drop-off centers to streamline the drop-off process.

TForce Logistics offers the general guidance below to maximize chances for a same-day delivery:

  • For business deliveries, TForce should receive the shipment before 7:00 AM to deliver prior to 4:00 PM on the same day.
  • For residential deliveries, TForce should receive the shipment before 12:00 PM to deliver before 8:00 PM on the same day.

Tracking Your TForce Logistics Packages

Tracking statuses are available for all TForce Logistics shipments. Creating a Tracker for TForce Logistics is identical to creating a tracker with any other carrier through EasyPost.

Need More Info About TForce Logistics?

Our Carrier Metadata endpoint can programatically return information about TForce Logistics including service levels, predefined packages, supported features, and shipment options.
