by Jaidyn Farar
PARCEL Forum 2024 is quickly approaching, and logistics professionals around the country are preparing to gather for three days of educational sessions, networking, exhibitions, and special events.
In preparation for the conference, we’re giving you a quick overview of what to expect. Read on to learn what PARCEL Forum holds in store this year.
When and where is the event?
PARCEL Forum will take place from September 16 to 18, 2024 at the Gaylord Texan Resort. According to the event website, the resort boasts “four-and-a-half acres of airy, indoor garden atriums, four award-winning restaurants, bars, the world-class Relâche Spa, and a state-of-the-art fitness center.” Sign us up!
How much does it cost to attend PARCEL Forum?
This year, PARCEL Forum’s Platinum Package—which covers all three days of the conference—costs $1,695. A two-day package rings up at $1,195, and single-day registrations are $695.

- Who’s presenting? Cliff Rucker, chief partnerships officer at Pirate Ship, and John Wharff, senior manager, sales engineering at EasyPost
- When is the session? September 17, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:40 a.m. CT
- What is the session about? The shift to 7-day delivery, including strategies for transitioning to 7-day delivery and how to negotiate terms with carriers
