
Direct Connection to Your Users Through the Forge Customer Portal

When we first built Forge, one of our goals was to create a solution that could meet the ever-growing demands and fast-paced nature of running a business. Today, we’re releasing our first major update to continue that mission and take it even further.
Introducing the Forge customer portal
The Forge customer portal is a brandable, premade EasyPost interface that removes the need for Forge users to build out components for their carriers, billing, and other shipping settings. This portal can be deployed almost instantly and features customization through the Forge dashboard.

The Forge customer portal has excellent benefits:
- Near-instant launch: Your customer portal link is generated immediately through the API.
- Seamless access: Set a button on your platform to route to your customer portal link. Once they’re done, they’ll be redirected back to your platform automatically.
- Brandable interface: Create a branded experience by adding your logo and company name to the portal.
- Custom carrier list: Pre-filter and curate which carriers your users will have access to.
- Simple billing connection: Through the customer portal, your users will be able to connect their payment methods to EasyPost.
- Toggleable feature access: Choose whether or not your users can view their parcel analytics or manage their branded trackers and shipping insurance.
- Convenient Invoice and reporting: Reduce user support tickets by allowing your users to self-serve invoices and reports.
The Forge customer portal is accessible to all Forge customers and does not require any action to unlock. This feature comes standard with all Forge subscriptions.
