With the recent spread of COVID-19 and the prohibitions made between countries as a response, we know you may have questions about how your eCommerce business and international shipments may be affected.

During this time of uncertainty, rest assured that EasyPost is closely monitoring the situation and reporting updates as they become available. We are committed to supporting domestic and international shipments through our RESTful API and should you have shipments planned or en route via EasyPost, we will endeavor to update you with the latest news as it may affect your cargo and shipments.

Additionally, we have transitioned our team from working in our corporate offices to working from home in the name of public safety. While our employees are remote, we are still operating at full capacity.
