UPS® Premier is a contract-only U.S. domestic service level designed to deliver packages on-time and in the right condition. It pairs priority handling across the UPS network with condition monitoring that does not stop at location, and it is built for high-stakes, highly regulated, and sensitive materials. UPS® Premier ensures your parcel arrives at its destination in the right condition by providing:

  • White-glove priority handling throughout the UPS network, allowing these packages to move ahead of the general package flow.
  • Minute-by-minute, sensor-based visibility into location and environmental conditions, including temperature, light, and humidity.
  • Proactive intervention and recovery for shipments that show signs of distress, while there is still time to act on them.
  • Detailed data logs for regulatory compliance and audit, so the chain of custody is documented rather than reconstructed after the fact.

 

UPS® Premier supports packages up to a maximum weight of 150 lbs and a maximum length of 108 inches. You can select from three different service tiers based on the level of visibility desired.

  • Silver (01): Basic monitoring with standard handling instructions.
  • Gold (02): Enhanced monitoring with expanded handling options.
  • Platinum (03): Premium monitoring with full handling instruction support.
