How does the Zonos partnership work?
When a customer enters a shipping destination, Zonos will instantly calculate duties, taxes, and carrier fees in real time. This allows the shopper to see the complete cost before they order. No more surprises, no more hidden charges.
As the shipper, you will work directly with Zonos to manage billing and reconciliation for the landed cost charges.

Which carrier accounts is this available for?
This is only available for FedEx, UPS, DHL, and Canada Post (Declaration ID is available within the Zonos portal) through Bring Your Own Carrier Account (BYOCA). We plan to expand this to Wallet Carriers in the future.
Which destination countries are supported?
Zonos supports 220 countries and territories.
Is this supported for Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU)?
No, this is only supported for DDP.
Are the duties and taxes guaranteed or estimated?
They are guaranteed.
Does this cost anything through EasyPost?
No. Billing and reconciliation is handed directly by you and Zonos.
What do I need to get started?
All you need to have are Zonos API credentials. Once you have your Zonos API credentials, you will be able to plug them into your carrier account on EasyPost.
What happens if the Zonos call fails? Do they still get a rate?
If the Zonos call fails an error is returned and no rates are returned.
