Strategically expand revenue with FlexRate and Sub Account Groups

With this update, FlexRate can now be fine-tuned with additional rate adjustment settings. The new Sub Account Groups feature makes it easier to organize accounts and apply specific FlexRate adjustments to align with your business strategy.
- Adjustment structure: Use single, cumulative, or hierarchical rules.
- Adjustment type: Make flat-rate changes or use logic based on carrier, service level, USPS Zone, shipment weight, or package surcharge.
- Group targeting: Apply your adjustment type to select Sub Account Groups for greater precision and control.
For example, you can assign set carrier permissions to each group or apply different FlexRate* adjustments. You could reward your high-volume sub accounts with broader carrier access or lower shipping rates, while applying a 5% surcharge to standard sub accounts.

Seamless order management with Advanced Shipping

Forge users will also be able to leverage Advanced Shipping, our order management system (OMS). Advanced Shipping empowers sub accounts with a bird’s eye view of their shipments, encouraging efficiency and ultimately growth.
From the Forge dashboard, individual sub accounts can be invited to Advanced Shipping and enjoy:
- Simple platform integration: Easily add multiple platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, eBay, and more.
- Two-way data sync: Instantly pull and push order, product, and tracking info across all connected stores to expedite fulfillment.
- Automated & batched labels: Increase shipping efficiency with order fulfillment automation and batching labels.
Protect your sub accounts and profits with Guard

EasyPost Guard is now available in the Forge dashboard! EasyPost Guard is your all-in-one suite for shipping protection. It offers USPS claims automation and hassle-free EasyPost Shipping Insurance.
Forge users on Self-Managed Billing (previously Centralized Billing) can leverage USPS Claims to automatically identify and file claims for your sub accounts’ eligible parcels. Approved claims will be automatically returned to your EasyPost Wallet, or you can choose to distribute them amongst your sub accounts.
