What are FedEx Ground® Economy, FedEx Ground® Returns, and FedEx® International Connect Plus?
FedEx Ground® Economy (previously FedEx SmartPost) is a U.S. domestic service with full residential coverage that delivers within 2-7 business days. Shipments can weigh up to 70 lbs and measure 130 inches in length, though the sweet spot is 1-10 lbs.
Ecommerce businesses selling arts & crafts, apparel, toys, or other low-weight and non-urgent items can use FedEx Ground® Economy as a cost-effective way to reach customers within the United States.
FedEx Ground® Returns is a U.S. domestic service that allows merchants to get returned products back in their inventory and process customers refunds quicker with fast and affordable delivery options.
